Sauteed Scallops With Garlic And Tomatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. bay or sea scallops, rinsed and dried well
    flour
    3 Tbsp. butter
    3 Tbsp. oil
    3 cloves minced garlic
    salt and freshly ground pepper
    1 large tomato, cut into chunks
    1/2 c. minced, fresh parsley
    lemon wedges
Preparation
    Notes:
    If using sea scallops, cut in half.
    If using dried parsley, use 1 tablespoon.
