Sauerkraut Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. sauerkraut, drained well
    1 medium pepper, chopped fine
    1 medium onion, chopped fine
    1/4 c. pimento, chopped fine
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. white vinegar
    1/2 c. salad oil
Preparation
    Combine first 4 ingredients. Dissolve sugar in vinegar.
    Add oil.
    Pour over kraut mixture. Toss lightly. Cover and chill overnight.
