German Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. potatoes
    1/2 lb. bacon
    1 onion, diced
    1 tsp. celery salt
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    3/4 c. sugar
    3/4 c. vinegar
    3/4 c. water
    3 Tbsp. flour
Preparation
    Boil potatoes and cool.
    After cooled, peel and slice.
    Brown bacon and onion.
    Remove from grease and put over potatoes.
    Add celery salt, salt and pepper.
    To grease in pan, add sugar and vinegar and bring to boil.
    Shake water and flour and add to pan; when thickened, pour over potatoes and mix.
