Soft Pretzels - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 packets dry yeast
1 1/2 c. warm water
2 Tbsp. honey
1 tsp. salt
4 c. flour
1 egg
coarse salt
Preparation
-
Dissolve yeast in warm water.
Add honey, salt and flour. Knead the dough.
Roll into strips and shape into pretzel form. Beat egg and brush on pretzel.
Sprinkle with coarse salt.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes.
