Spiced Tea - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 Tbsp. loose tea
    1 gal. water
    1 Tbsp. allspice
    1 Tbsp. whole cloves
    4 orange rinds
    3 lemon rinds
    2 c. orange juice
    1 c. lemon juice
    1 1/2 c. sugar
Preparation
    Simmer spices, orange and lemon rinds with water for 20 minutes. Remove from heat. Add tea; cover and steep for 3 minutes. Strain. Add fruit juice and sugar. Serve hot or cold.
