Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. hash brown potatoes (frozen)
2 c. sour cream
2 cans cream of chicken soup
2 c. sharp cheese, grated
1 small onion, diced
salt to taste
Preparation

Mix together and pour in 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
Top with 1 cup of corn flakes (can substitute with bread crumbs) and 1 stick of margarine.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
