Chili Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. lean ground beef
3 c. chopped onion
3 pkg. chili mix
3 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
2 c. water
3 cans beans (kidney, pinto or chili)
1 (3 3/4 oz.) pkg. corn chips
1 1/2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Cook meat until it loses its red color.
Break up with fork. Add next four ingredients.
Stir.
Bring to a boil.
Cover and simmer 15 minutes, stirring several times to prevent sticking.
In a 4-quart casserole dish, about 3 1/2-inches deep, layer meat mixture with beans, corn chips, olives and cheese, ending with chips and cheese.
Bake in slow oven (325\u00b0) for 50 to 60 minutes. Makes 12 generous servings.
