Bishop'S Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients
- 
                            30 Ritz crackers, crushed until fine
 
1 stick butter, melted
1 small pkg. instant chocolate pudding mix
2 c. softened vanilla ice cream
1/2 c. milk
whipped topping and chocolate curls (for garnish)
Preparation
- 
                            Mix together cracker crumbs and melted butter.
 
Press into pie pan.
Beat pudding mix, ice cream and milk for 1 minute.
Pour into cooled pie shell. Refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving. Top with whipped topping and chocolate curls.
Serves 6 to 8.
