Spoon Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. quick grits
    1 c. uncooked corn meal
    4 eggs
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 stick butter
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    Cook grits in 3 cups of water with salt.
    Should be soupy. Add meal to hot grits.
    When fully mixed, add milk.
    Beat in eggs one at a time.
    Stir in baking powder.
    Pour into buttered baking dish.
    Bake 40 to 45 minutes at 375\u00b0.
