Chocolate Chess Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 egg yolks
1 whole egg, beaten
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. melted butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. cocoa
1/2 c. boiling water
1 unbaked pie crust
Preparation

Beat egg yolks and egg with sugar.
Bring water and butter to boil.
Add cocoa and mix.
When cool, add to egg mixture.
Pour into crust.
Bake at 350\u00b0 on lowest rack in oven until set.
If pie gets too brown, turn oven temperature down.
