Chocolate Covered Strawberries - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 qt. fresh whole strawberries
1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
2 sq. semi-sweet chocolate
1 Tbsp. salad oil

Preparation

Heat chocolate chips and squares with oil over low heat in double boiler.
Dip cleaned and dried berries into chocolate. Place on greased cookie sheet.
Refrigerate until chocolate hardens.
Yields about 35 pieces.
