3 egg whites, beaten stiff
1 c. sugar, added gradually
1 c. chopped pecans
19 Ritz crackers, broken by hand
1 tsp. almond or vanilla extract
Preparation

Bake in an 8 x 8-inch pan in a 300\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes. Serve with ice cream or whipped cream.
