Tofu-Tuna Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6 to 7 oz.) can tuna in water
    3/4 c. mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. grated onions
    1 Tbsp. chopped pimento
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    5 oz. frozen peas
    1 1/4 c. cubed firm tofu
    1/2 c. chopped almonds
    1/4 c. wheat germ
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Oil a 2-quart baking dish.
    Combine tuna, mayonnaise, onions, pimentos, lemon juice, cheese and peas in a medium-size bowl.
    Mix well, then stir in tofu.
    Spoon mixture into baking dish, sprinkle with almonds and wheat germ, and bake for about 45 minutes, or until lightly browned.
    Serve immediately, or chill and slice for sandwiches.
    Makes 4 to 6 servings.
