Brownie Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 egg whites
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
    3/4 c. chopped pecans
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 pt. heavy cream
Preparation
    Beat egg whites until stiff.
    Add sugar and baking powder. Stir in remaining ingredients, except cream.
    Pour into buttered pie pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Cool.
    Add 1 teaspoon sugar to cream.
    Whip until stiff.
    Cover pie with whipped cream. Refrigerate at least 4 hours.
