Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 1/4 c. vegetable oil
    2 c. sugar
    3 c. all-purpose flour
    2 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    3 c. sliced apples, cooked
    1 c. raisins
    1 c. chopped pecans
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Beat eggs; add sugar and oil and mix well.
    Sift flour, soda, salt and cinnamon.
    Gradually add dry ingredients to egg mixture. Mix well and add balance of ingredients.
    Batter will be very stiff, resembling a fruit cake batter.
    Bake in greased and floured tube pan at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
    Spread with glaze while warm.
