Baked Ham Slices - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 slices tenderized ham (1 1/2-inches thick)
    2 c. fruit juice (apricot, pineapple or orange)
    1 c. sherry
    1/2 c. honey
    apricot halves
    mustard
    peanut butter
Preparation
    Spread ham slices with prepared mustard and peanut butter. Put one slice on top of the other.
    Pour two cups of juice over ham.
    Bake 1/2 hour at 325\u00b0.
    Add wine.
    Bake another hour.
    Place apricot (or cherries) on top and pour 1/2 cup honey.
    Bake 20 minutes longer.
    Serves 10.
