"Cajun" Chili - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. tomato sauce (plain)
2 c. herb tomato sauce
2 c. (12 oz.) tomato paste
1 tsp. minced garlic
1 large chopped onion
1 large chopped green pepper
oregano
pinch of basil
lots of chili powder
1 1/2 Tbsp. crushed red pepper
4 lb. ground beef, browned, drained
1 (29 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
5 pepperoni
8 Tbsp. juice
2 c. cajun stewed tomatoes
4 large dashed \"Cajun Sunshine\" hot pepper sauce
Preparation
-
Brown and drain ground beef.
Cook all ingredients up to 2 hours, then add rest of ingredients.
(Add 1 to 2 cups water if thick.)
Simmer for hours!
Season to taste.
(Chili powder, cajun sunshine, garlic, etc.)
