Chili Rellenos - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (28 oz.) can whole green chiles
1 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
1 lb. grated Jack cheese
4 eggs
2 Tbsp. flour
2 (13 oz.) cans Carnation milk
2 cans tomato sauce
Preparation

Split chiles and remove seeds.
Use deep, large casserole dish.
Line bottom of dish with half of chiles. Cover with half of Cheddar.
Repeat layer.
Mix eggs and flour and salt and pepper to taste.
Pour over chiles and bake at 400\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
Remove from oven.
Cover with Jack cheese and tomato sauce.
Bake 20 to 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Watch so cheese does not burn.
