Great Salsa - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can seasoned diced tomatoes (28 oz.)
1/2 c. thinly sliced green onions
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. ground pepper
1 can chopped green chilies (mild)
1 tsp. grated lemon peel
1/2 tsp. oregano leaves, crushed
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation

Drain tomatoes, saving juice for another use.
In mixing bowl, combine tomatoes, chilies, green onions, lemon peel, salt, oregano, pepper and lemon juice.
Mix well.
Cover and refrigerate several hours to blend flavors.
