Snickerdoodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. oleo
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    2 3/4 c. flour (self-rising)
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Soften oleo to room temperature.
    Mix oleo, sugar and eggs thoroughly.
    Blend in flour.
    Add vanilla.
    Chill dough at least 1 hour.
    May chill overnight.
    Shape dough into 1-inch balls.
    Roll in mixture of cinnamon and sugar (2 tablespoons).
    Place 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet.
    Bake in preheated oven at 400\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes.
