Crunchy Crab Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 oz crabmeat
    1 Tbsp lemon juice
    10 oz pkg frozen peas, thawed
    1 C diced celery
    small onion, minced
    3/4 C mayonnaise
    Chow mein noodles, if desired
Preparation
    Sprinkle lemon juice on crabmeat.
    Add peas, celery, onion and mayonnaise to crab mixture.
    Chill until ready to serve.
    Serve over chow mein noodles, if desired.
