Microwave Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 (32 oz.) spaghetti sauce
    1/2 c. water
    1 1/2 c. cottage cheese
    1 egg
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 lb. Mozzarella cheese
    noodles (lasagna)
    Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Microwave ground beef for 2 to 3 minutes; mix with spaghetti sauce and water and set aside.
    Combine cottage cheese, egg and pepper in a bowl.
    Spoon 1/2 cup of meat sauce and spread on bottom of glass dish, then put a layer of uncooked noodles and 1/2 of the cottage cheese mixture.
    Next, add a layer of Mozzarella cheese.
    Repeat again, forming 2 layers.
    Cover with plastic wrap. Microwave on High for 8 minutes, then on 50% power for 30 minutes.
    Top with Parmesan cheese and let stand covered for 15 minutes before serving.
