Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 chicken breasts, cut into chunks with kitchen shears
    3 to 4 stalks celery
    1 can water chestnuts, diced
    1 c. almonds or pecans
    1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 can pineapple tidbits, drained (optional)
    1/2 lb. seedless grapes (optional)
Preparation
    Mix and serve over lettuce. Refrigerate.
