1 c. warm water
1 pkg. yeast
4 Tbsp. instant potato flakes
1 c. warm water
3 tsp. potato flakes
1/2 c. sugar

Preparation

Let stand 24 hours.
Make bread by the usual recipe for Sourdough Bread.
