Red Onion Salsa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. finely chopped red onion (about 2 medium)
    3/4 c. finely chopped tomato (about 2 medium)
    1/4 c. chopped green onions (2 to 3 medium)
    1/2 c. lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro
    2 Tbsp. chopped bay leaf
    2 tsp. Balsamic vinegar
    1 Tbsp. olive or vegetable oil
    1 tsp. reduced sodium soy sauce
    1/4 tsp. ground red pepper (cayenne)
    4 cloves garlic, finely chopped
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
