Zucchini Bake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. Bisquick
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 c. finely chopped onion
2 Tbsp. snipped parsley
1/2 tsp. marjoram
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
1/2 c. vegetable oil
3 c. grated zucchini, unpared
4 eggs, slightly beaten
chopped jalapeno peppers (optional)
Preparation

Mix together first 8 ingredients.
Add remaining ingredients. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes in 13 x 9-inch pan.
Cut into squares.
