Stuffed Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 large baking potatoes
1/2 c. oil
4 strips bacon
1 c. chopped green onions
1/2 c. chopped fresh parsley
1 c. sour cream
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
salt to taste
Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
Rub potatoes with the oil and bake for 1 1/2 hours or until soft when squeezed.
Allow to cool.
Cut potatoes in half lengthwise and scoop out pulp, leaving the skin and about 1/2 of pulp intact.
Place the pulp in a large mixing bowl and set aside.
