Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 to 4 pieces chicken breasts, cubed
1 onion (medium to large), chopped
1 apple (Granny Smith or Red Delicious), chopped
1 can small pineapple chunks
1/2 c. chopped walnuts or nut of choice
1 1/2 c. pasta (of choice)
1/2 c. raisins (dark or golden)
3 1/2 tsp. curry powder (to taste)
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
1/4 c. sour cream
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Cook and cool pasta.
Cook cubed chicken and 1/2 onion in large frying pan halfway through and add curry powder and 1/2 to 3/4 cup water.
