Impossible Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
    1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk
    2 Tbsp. softened margarine
    2 eggs
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. buttermilk baking mix
    2 1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
    2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Grease a 9 or 10-inch pie plate.
    Beat all ingredients for 1 minute on high speed in blender or for 2 minutes with hand beater. Pour into pie plate.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until knife inserted in center comes out clean, about 50 to 55 minutes.
    Cool.
