Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
3 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. zucchini (raw), peeled and grated
1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. oil
2 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. baking soda
Preparation

Combine flour, salt, baking powder, soda and cinnamon.
Set aside.
Cream together eggs, oil and sugar until fluffy.
Add vanilla.
Add dry ingredients mixture gradually.
Blend in zucchini and nuts.
Pour batter into lightly greased and floured Bundt pan or can choose 2 loaf pans.
Bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
