Chocolate Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 Tbsp. cocoa
1 1/2 c. sugar
6 heaping tsp. all-purpose flour
4 eggs, separated
2 c. milk
1 Tbsp. butter or oleo
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 (9-inch) baked pastry shell
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
dash of salt
Preparation

Combine
cocoa,
1 1/2 cups sugar and flour in a medium saucepan;
set
aside.
Beat
egg yolks.
Gradually stir yolks and milk
into
cocoa mixture;
add butter.
Cook over medium heat until
thick, stirring constantly.\tRemove from heat and stir in vanilla.
Pour filling into baked pastry shell.
