Mushroom Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 lb. beef roast
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of onion soup
    3 cans water
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 Tbsp. flour
Preparation
    Shake flour in oven cooking bag.
    Place roast in bag.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Bake for 2 1/2 to 3 hours or until done at 350\u00b0.
