Steamed Cabbage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large head cabbage
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/4 c. water
    1 Tbsp. corn oil
    1/2 pod red (hot) pepper
Preparation
    Shred cabbage in small strips, starting with green leaves and place in waterless cookware.
    Cook 5 minutes, then add rest of cabbage and cook about 10 to 12 minutes longer.
    Turn off heat and browning pan until ready to serve.
