Caramel Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/4 c. brown sugar
    1 c. butter
    1/2 c. lite corn syrup
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    pinch of cream of tartar
    8 to 10 qt. popped corn
Preparation
    Bring to a boil the sugar, butter and corn syrup.
    Cook 5 to 8 minutes.
    Remove from heat and add cream of tartar and baking soda.
    Pour over corn and stir until well coated.
    Pour mixture in 2 cookie sheets and bake 1 hour at 200\u00b0.
    Stir every 15 minutes. It should be crunchy.
