Chicken Cacciatore - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 chickens, cut up
    1 c. diced onions
    1 c. catsup or chili sauce
    1 c. water
    2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    2 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation
    Place the cut up chicken in a 9 x 13-inch pan to bake.
    Mix other ingredients together and bring to boiling point.
    Pour over chicken; bake for 1 hour or more.
    Baste sauce over chicken 2 or 3 times.
    You may add parsley flakes or garlic to the sauce, if desired.
