Two Potato Salad With Dill Dressing(Healthy Recipe) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. plain nonfat yogurt
    1 Tbsp. cholesterol-free, reduced calorie mayo or salad dressing
    1 tsp. chopped, fresh or 1/2 tsp. dried dill weed
    1 tsp. Dijon mustard
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 c. cubed, cooked white potatoes (about 1 large)
    1/3 c. chopped celery (1 stalk)
    1/4 c. sliced radishes
    2 Tbsp. chopped green onions with tops
    2 c. cooked sweet potatoes or yams (1 large)
Preparation
    Mix yogurt, mayo, dill weed, mustard and salt in a large glass or plastic bowl.
    Toss with remaining ingredients.
    Cover and refrigerate about 4 hours or until chilled.
    Yields 4 servings, about 1 cup each.
