Carrot Bran Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. soda
    2 c. all-bran
    4 eggs
    3 c. grated carrots
    1 1/2 c. oil
    1 c. raisins, softened in hot water and drained
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. cinnamon
    1/4 c. molasses
    1 1/4 c. brown sugar
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients separately.
    In a large bowl, beat eggs. Add all-bran, oil, sugar and molasses.
    Add dry ingredients, carrots and raisins.
    Spoon into greased muffin cups and bake at 350\u00b0 to 20 to 25 minutes until brown on top.
    Makes 2 dozen.
