Congealed Salad (Pink) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 small pkg. cherry jello
    1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened to room temperature
    1 large bag miniature marshmallows
    1 can crushed pineapple
    1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Mix juice from pineapple and add enough water to make 4 cups. Add marshmallows and jello to liquid and melt over low heat; stir until marshmallows are dissolved.
    Cool and let thicken slightly. Mix cream cheese, pineapple and nuts and add to thickened mixture.
