Chicken Enchilada Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 boned chicken
    1 can cream of chicken
    1 lg. onion, chopped
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    1 tsp chili powder
    1 can cream of mushroom
    1/2 can Rotel tomatoes with green chilies, mashed
    1 pkg frozen tortillas
    1/2 lb grated cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Wilt tortillas in chicken broth from boned chicken and line a large casserole with tortillas.
    Place boned chicken on them. Cook onion an pepper in 1/2 c broth until
    tender.
    Add soup, tomatoes, and chili powder.
    Mix and pour over chicken.
    Top with grated cheese and heat just long enough to melt cheese.
    If you like it hooter, you can add a jalapeno pepper.
