Mild Salsa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    ripe tomatoes, peeled (leave seeds in) and diced (enough to fill a Dutch oven)
    3 onions
    2 jalapeno peppers
    2 green peppers
    1/2 can small mild chilies
    1/2 jar diced garlic
    1/2 c. lime juice
    1/2 jar cilantro (spice)
    5 small pkg. salsa seasoning or 1 large
Preparation
    Mix altogether.
    You may want more or less of a particular ingredient.
    Cook it down for a few hours or until consistency you prefer.
    Stir occasionally.
    Put in hot pint jars and seal.
    This is mild at first, but as it sits on the shelf, it gets hotter. Makes 10 pints.
