Funnel Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 eggs
2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder

Preparation

Mix all together.
Pour batter into a funnel.
Release batter in swirls in 375\u00b0 oil.
Fry until golden brown.
Dip in sugar. Delicious snack!
