My Mom'S Impossible Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 stick oleo
1 3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. flour
2 c. milk
4 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
14 oz. flaked coconut
1/2 tsp. baking powder
Preparation

Beat eggs well.
Melt oleo and add egg mixture.
Blend thoroughly.
Mix together with sugar, salt and baking powder.
Add dry ingredients alternately with milk.
(Mom used diluted canned Carnation milk.)
Add coconut and vanilla.
Pour into 2 (9-inch) greased pie pans.
Bake in moderate oven (350\u00b0) for approximately 40 minutes or until brown.
This pie makes its own crust and seems to taste better the second day!
