Four Hour Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    chuck roast, cubed
    carrots, diced
    celery, diced
    potatoes, diced
    onion, diced
    1 green pepper, diced
    2 C tomato juice
    1 tbsp sugar
    1 tbsp salt
    3 tbsp minute tapioca
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients in a roasting pan. Bake at 250 degrees for at least 4 hours, the longer the better.
