Lemon Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    pinch of salt
    1 slightly beaten egg
    3/4 c. water
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. lemon rind
    1 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Bring water to a boil; add dry ingredients, then slowly add egg and then butter last.
    Mix together good until thickened and glossy.
    When you don't have an appetite, this will bring it back to you.
