Elderberry Wine - cooking recipe
Ingredients
- 
                            12 c. elderberries
3 qt. water
3 lb. sugar
1 qt. berry juice
Preparation
- 
                            Mash ripe berries and let stand 8 days, stirring well each day. Strain.
Combine water, sugar and 1 quart of berry juice.
Allow to ferment in a warm place.
Then seal.
