Rainbow Raspberry Surprise Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 layer size) pkg. yellow cake mix
    1 c. sour cream
    1/4 c. water
    2 eggs
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. raspberry flavored gelatin
    confectioners sugar
Preparation
    In a large bowl, combine the cake mix, sour cream, water and eggs.
    Blend to moisten ingredients, then beat at medium speed for two minutes, until mixture is creamy.
    Grease and flour a 10-inch fluted tube pan.
    Spoon 1/3 of the batter into pan.
    Sprinkle with half of the raspberry gelatin.
    Repeat layers.
    Spread the rest of the batter over gelatin to cover.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 45 to 50 minutes, until cake springs back when lightly pressed.
    Let the cake cool in the pan for 5 minutes.
    Remove cake from pan and finish cooling on a rack.
    Sprinkle confectioners sugar over cake.
