Hawaiian Banana Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. sifted flour
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking soda
    3 small ripe bananas
    2 eggs
Preparation
    Sift dry ingredients into a bowl.
    With your mixer, place all ingredients in the bowl and beat until it resembles a muffin mix. Spoon into a lightly buttered and floured loaf pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 60 to 65 minutes.
