Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (9-inch) pie crust
1/4 lb. bacon
2 c. milk
3 eggs
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. diced Swiss cheese
Preparation

Prepare pie crust (prick it).
Cook bacon; crumble when drained.
Mix together the milk, eggs, salt and pepper.
Put bacon in pie crust.
Layer in Swiss cheese.
Pour on milk mixture.
Bake for 35 to 40 minutes at 375\u00b0.
