Berry Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    nuts, grated
    1 c. milk
    1 qt. (4 c.) berries
Preparation
    Cream
    the
    butter and sugar;
    add the yolk (well beaten). Add
    alternately
    the
    flour
    sifted
    with\tsalt, baking powder and
    a
    grating
    of
    nutmeg and the milk.
    Fold in the whites of egg beaten stiff and the berries dredged with flour. Bake 45 minutes in a moderate oven at 350\u00b0.
