Guinea Grinders - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. Hickory Hut hot sausage
1 lb. ground beef
2 cloves garlic
1 tsp. caraway seed
2 small cans pizza sauce
1 tsp. instant onion
Mozzarella cheese
Vienna bread
Preparation
-
Brown sausage and ground beef.
Drain.
Add remaining ingredients and simmer.
Cut Vienna bread loaf in half long way. Put ingredients on bottom half of bread section and top with cheese.
Brown under broiler.
Cover with other half of bread section and cut into sections.
Add hot peppers before eating, if preferred.
Serves approximately 4.
